At Al Ghadeer Charter KG, our ethos fosters the development of each individual child – teaching them a sense of self-worth, responsibility and respect for all. Our students are naturally curious – they work independently and collaboratively towards their academic and social goals. We also have an open-door policy for parents, encouraging them to visit the classroom every morning and afternoon. The friendships and smiles of our staff, students and parents are truly genuine.

At Al Ghadeer Charter KG, our students are encouraged to grow and be curious through a range of stimulating extra-curricular activities.
With “Mindfulness Mondays”, they learn to be aware of the present moment, their thoughts, feelings, and surroundings without judgment.
They learn to let go of past failures and worries of the future, creating space for the present moment.

On “Cultural Fridays”, we focus on UAE culture and traditions. This includes a monthly parent invite to be part of the event.
We also have a “Little Einstein’s Science Lab”, which we created to encourage students to work on their innovation skills through experiments and the scientific process.
We also host a wide range of events for students to share their success with their families and the wider community.
These include, but are not limited to, National Day celebrations, student-led conferences and parent meetings, International Week, science fairs, art exhibitions, sports days, the Readers Cup and spelling bees.

At Al Ghadeer Charter KG, we understand that helping students to start school successfully is a social and communal endeavor. The relationships we build with our parents and wider community support our students’ transition into kindergarten, and later into Grade 1.

We work together with families to strengthen and support each child’s learning journey. Our families feel connected, valued, respected and supported.

In turn, our positive relationships and interactions with parents enhance the students’ quality and continuity of learning.

Together, we are working towards a common goal – to care for, challenge and guide our future citizens to make their country and world a better place.
