Al Ghadeer Charter Kindergarten held a UAE Sports Day and Games Day. The day focused on Emirati culture and traditional games of the UAE. Games included a horse-riding competition using recycled palm tree bark, rice sack racing where students competed for speed, as well as a fun game of tug of war. Students worked collectively in their teams to test their strength and agility. Comparing traditional sports with modern sports helped to build meaningful connections between the past and present.
